There aren't specific locations you have a 26% chance of getting them in a tournament.
And a 89% chance of getting them in dragon history. And in any dragon history place, too.
You can even do the same place over again and get another Dragon Ball.
Just break all the things until a Dragon Ball is by the health bars.
