you have to be atleast 13 or older to join zwinky or else you can join zwinky cutie but tht one sucks cuz you cant typer you just click pre-approved phrases and stuff one was under greetings and it said WAZZZUUUUPPPP!!!! i was like omg we dont talk like tht but anyway my lil sis is 11 and she rly rly rly wanted a zwinky so i made her one it was very simple and i used her rl b-day all you have to change is the yr u have to put 1992 or lower so yea... and then once you turn 13 email smiley central saying tht it was ur older siblings account and they let you have it then just email them ur rl birthday (once ur 13) ans theyll change it for u they dont need ur pass cuz well they alredy know it just send them ur username :D hope i helped :)-jackie_ily
