Go to The Snowy Mountains, Go past the Popos and to number two on your map. He will be at the end of the curve, near the honey comb. He will either give you a treasure or will wont to trade. Never trade an Ice Crystal because he will just give you Dung. This does not work on Treasure Hunts.
