Trading on Dragon Cave is a very tricky and risky process. It involves abandoning the egg or hatchling after giving the recipient the link (not given on the dragon cave website- you must find an abandoned egg link and replace the end code with that of your own dragon) and the recipient refreshing the link page. You can be scammed very easily whilst trading if the person decides to not hold up their end of the deal, though it is greatly discouraged.

Edit to add: TJ09, the administrator, is currently implementing a Breed-Specific Action for magis that allows to teleport up to four eggs/hatchlings to another person's scroll. However, we don't know exactly, it will be released around April of 2011.
