How do you download oblivion

yes you can download it, BUT it is illegal except if you download it from a pay site authorised to be an online retailer, eg. steam.
So other wise dont do it, because if you download it illegally I hope you get arrested!

edit] if you own the original disk its technically not illegal to download a backup copy of the data, but then you have to download the EXACT same version
