Until what level of Gags can non-members get in Toontown

The max level of gags for not members is level 4 because you can only go up to 1999 points not 2000. Not members can get third track up to level 4 as well too.

But sadly the update toontown did in May 11, 2011 has showed. You can get throw and squirt level 4 but you cant get level 4 for toon up or sound. They stop at level 1. Toon up can go up to 19 points and sound can go up to 39 points. And you cant get 34 laff as max for not members, the new laff limit for not members is 27 because it wont let you choose drop or lure without member. Sorry guys about this confusion of this update toontown has done to you non members toons.
