He might remember her to some extent or he might not. Though he probably would remember something if someone were to mention her name and would try to find out who she is, but other than that, they haven't had much interaction so he might notreally remember her, but chances are that she remembers him completely, and they could know and have befriended one another if Shadow hadn't had "died" in SA2
