What is the Metal Gear Solid 4 contractors uniform

It is the Leaf Pattern Uniform worn by the guerillas in ACT II of MGS4. It is found in the storeroom that houses the militia gear in the occupied camp. Save the guerillas from the PMCs. They will run to get their weapons and ammo. Follow them and you will receive the uniform along with a few other goodies :D
