How do you make a website for wow private server

If you are in high school, simply take a class on it. If there is no class, you may have to do research. Making a good website, even for just a private server, is hard to do. I'd say if you start now, you'll be done far before 5 months at least, I'm not saying it should take near that long, shortest I'd say would be a month.
