You can get him in the Subspace Emissary, after you complete the great maze, the cutscene will have Sonic and Tabuu.

You can clear Classic Mode with 10 Characters

You can keep running for 25,000 steps (I recommend using C.Falcon for this.)

OR you can play 350 brawls
