How do you make a free server

First, you go to minecraft.net. if you are logged in, then log out. Click on the blue download button next to the blue "in browser" button. Scroll down until you see a blue button that says "minecraft server.jar.(exe) or something close to that. Click on a little box and then click "run". It will show up your server status. Minimize your tab and save it minimized for an hour. If the status are still changing in an hour, than wait for a half hour. It should be accurate by then. Anything after that, well, I don't know. But you can watch it on YouTube. On YouTube, search: how to make a server for free. Click on the first video and it will tell you all the information you need.
