Why does the computer seem to falter whenever you play Super Smash Flash as Mr Game and Watch

Nothing wrong is happening when you hear those sounds that Mr. Game and Watch is making. Those are just his sound effects, like when Lloyd uses Rising Falcon or Heated Blade; Lloyd says the name of his moves when he uses them.
