One way is to use Lloyd and bring him to the far left or far right edge of the stage. Hold Up and repeatedly press P to do a spinning attack. Another way is to do the same thing, but this time with Mewtwo. However, make him face inward, making him face the center of the stage. That way, if enemies are running toward you, you can hold Down and press P to use Shadow Ball and easily score KOs.
