What are the requirements to be able to see and kill Salarin the Twisted

In order to enter the area that Slarin the Twisted is in, you need to have at least level 67 agility(your agility potion can be boosted with a potion or a summer pie).

There are only 7 attacks that can hit Salarin:
Wind Rush-(2 air runes)
Wind Strike-(1 air rune, 1 mind rune)
Water Strike- lvl 5 magic(1 air rune, 1 water rune, 1 mind rune)
Earth Strike-lvl 9 magic (2 earth runes, 1 air rune, 1 mind rune)
Fire Strike-lvl 13 magic (3 fire runes, 2 air runes, 1 mind rune)
Magic Dart-lvl 50 magic, lvl 55 slayer (4 mind runes,1 death rune (Slayer Staff OR Staff of light)
Dragonfire Shield Special Attack-lvl 75 defense
