Answer: 1. Call the distributor of the product and plead your case. You likely won't get anywhere though. 2. Buy the game again and keep the new product key in a very secure place where you will not lose it. 3. If you can't bring yourself to buy it again, you can always try an online serial. You'll have to do your own google search for that.
