go on to setting, put all the graphic settings to lowest
make sure you dont run anything in the background like msn or skype
check your computer for viruses as these take up processing power
get a antivirus that doesnt constantly check your PC for viruses
defrag hard disk

install more ram

if none of the above work then its probably time to get a new computer
