Say you bought flatout 2 and when you start the game it says it wont run because pixel shader 3 is not supported what should you do

you need to purchase a new graphics card that does support pixel shader 3. most cards now support it. You will then have to open the computer, take the old one out, and insert the new one and connect it properly
