Is barbaric blade of darkness better than chaos axe aq worlds

In AQ Worlds, currently ALL weapons of a given level have the same average damage, maces tend to have one set damage, axes have low base damages but a VERY high maximum, and swords tend to be in the middle.

But the AVERAGE damage is all the same currently
