No, Sonic has never had any children in any game. The closest is an alternate universe in the Archie comics' series. Set in the future, Sonic has two children, Manic and Sonia. ( Not telling with who find out for yourself). These are also the names of his siblings in the cartoon 'Sonic Underground', probably named so (in the comics) as a reference to the show.
