How do you buy the seventh gag on toontown

You can't buy a level 7 gag once you have one. when you use it you must earn 10000 more expierience points to earn it again. Later you could plant a gag tree. Note: You can only hold one level 7 gag at a time each day when you get gags from a gag tree.
