In oblivion 4 i have to talk to the count of skingrad for a quest and i also have to give him the vampirism cure at the same time the steward says he is coming but he wont What should I do

This has happened to me once. I think this might work. First save so if its doesn't go well you can reload it. then simply break into the castles personal quarters and find the count. if it doesn't work just reload the game. Work for me at least.
