What does 100 characters mean

i bought a new simcard.aircel is best for my opinion now......i want to solve my problem soon.i put a simcard in mobile but all mobiles are tell to me insert simcard.
sometimes work and sometimes not functioning.customer care in pudukkottai is not proper service.always i loss money for gprs.i nerver use but i miss a lot of money.
this card is not actively.then another problem is gprs is active i don't like a internet options so plz stop to take a 0.10 paise to me.each & every day charge me money.plz do the needful.service me properly.i waiting for ur good service.thank u.
