How do you get custom designs on forza motorsports 2

You can buy cars with designs already on them from the Auction house, or make your own using Decals. Every single design you see on Forza 2, even the realistic pictures, are all created from just the Basic shape decals. There is no way to import pictures, so they are amazing works of art.
