What is Burnout Paradise rated

I'm pretty sure it's E10+. If you want my opinion it's totally appropriate for almost all ages (just turn off some of the songs as there are some with "Mild Lyrics" or "Suggestive (wink) content"). The only violence is car crashes and such. You see the car rip apart pretty good but you don't see a driver. The only other thing is trying to actually progress and upgrade your license can get pretty frustrating sometimes as many gametypes and kinds of races are really hard, and in this game you can't just push restart or jump back to the starting point. You gotta drive all the way back (pain in the aaaaa... rear end). Hope this helps you.
