Does Grand Theft Auto 4 look the same as in Grand Theft Auto 3

no, gta III has very bad graphics and the size of the game is like one GB
GTA IV has very very very very very very better graphics then III and it looks totaly differant. you should watch the differants on www.rockstargames.com by clicking on GTA IV and GTA III
