Why did they invent the pinata

The traditional and original pinata has seven points on it representing the seven deadly sins; envy, sloth, gluttony, greed, lust, anger/wrath and pride. The ten pointed pinatas symbolize the sins that come from breaking ten commandments. The stick with hits the pinata represents love. It destroys the sins and breaking them into pieces. Treats and candies that fall out show the forgiveness of the sins and a new beginning. SO THEY COULD GET RID OF SINS
