When you send in your Xbox 360 for repairs should you take off your hard-drive or leave it on

You should follow the directions provided by the support staff. If the problem is not with the hard drive, for instance 3 red rings, then the hard drive should NOT be sent with the xbox to get the repair, nor should any cables be sent with the xbox, only the console itself need be shipped.
