Why is tsing not at the temple of the ancients when I enter the temple after the guy in the black cape floats off in Final Fantasy 7

Have you done everything you need to? Like did Cait Sith steal the Keystone from you yet? If you have then you game has probably glitched. But if it's recurring, your Disk may be scratched or be malfunctioning in some way. Hope this helps.
