What is the best video game ever released on PC

If you asked five hundred people that question, they would each give you a different answer, because there is no one best game. The reason for this is that everyone is different, everyone is going to like one game better than some other game and it will be different than what someone else thinks. Put simply, the answer to your question is a matter of opinion, that's not to say though that some games are better than others. I would have to that t6he best computer games would be World of Warcraft and Supreme Commander, keep in mind though that other people would say something else.
