How do you lvl in maple story

Simple. You either kill monsters (according to your level) or you can participate in party quests (PQ). Both of which gives you exp.

Killing monsters tend to be slower but it is up to you.
PQing is a bit faster and you also get to meet new people. You can also get rewards.

Again, the training method is for you to decide.
