How do you noble a city in tribalwars

Create an academy. It requires lv 20 Headquarters, lv 10 in ur market and lv in ur smith. Then make a noble in ur academy. Attack a village with your troops and your noble. Then the village loyalty will reduce. get it down to 0 or less and the village is yours.
