Can someone help with a problem with Maplestory 10093

Open a command prompt (you will need to be running as an administrator). Type: "netsh winsock reset" (without the quotes) and press enter. Then reboot your computer. Command prompt can be found in Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt. To run as an administrator simply right click the icon and select "Run as administrator"

If you get a message referring to "elevation" you are NOT running as an administrator. Run the command prompt as administrator and try again.
