Is there a online roleplay game where you play as a realistic person in a realistic modern city With police crime and other things like that

I would say GTA(Grand Theft Auto), but i have never played it. Either that or City of Heroes(i think that is what its called). GTA is for play station, and City of Heroes is for the Computer.
