After haunter is traded what level does it evolve

Haunter does not evolve at a level! You had it right when you said "after Haunter is traded"! Haunter evolves into Gengar as soon as the trade is made! Unless it is holding an Everstone, of course. I am not sure what needs to happen when it is holding an Everstone while traded.
