How do you get to level 90 on bleach training 2

Getting to level 90 can be tiring, a fast way to do this is to go to the place where there are bleaches(around level 50's),put something on the "j" key and go to sleep. since they do almost negligible damage,they wont kill you,and in the meantime,you can level.
This can usually be done in 1-2 nights.
