Who is the fastest person in Mario cart Wii

without unlocking any other characters,its all a matter of what skill your good at.for me Yoshi with nostalgia 1 is the fastest because I'm good with acceleration ,but yours is probably different.when unlocked though mii is the best character.hope this helps
