How do you put videos on gaiaonlinecom

To Upload a video to:

The New Profile Setup:
1). Visit Your Profile.
2). Click 'Edit My Profile'.
3). Using the Toolbar, Add a 'Media' Content Block.)
4). Click Edit, and paste the video's URL in URL Block (Make sure the URL is a DirectLink).
5). Type in the name of the video.
6). Save your page edits.

The Olde School Setup:

1). Visit the 'Account Preferences' page.
2). On the left column, there should be a small sentence.
3). Following the sentence, there should be a 'Click Here' Link.
4). (If you can't find it, you can go to "http://www.gaiaonline.com/account/multimedia").
5). Paste your DirectLink URL in the box.
6). Click 'Save'.
