What do I do with the Tissue Box on Animal Crossing Cityfolk

You can put the tissue box in your house, think of it as a weird trophy for saving lots of bells in you bank of Nintendo account. Im not sure if this applies to city folk but in previous version of animal crossing when neighbors came to your house they would comment on the tissue box by complaining of a runny nose and then being glad to have a tissue.
