How do you sign up for maple story

Obviously you first go to the homepage (you probably did) and at the top right corner above "fun stuff" there is a grayish sign that says "new? click here" click there. Then there will be two more signs, afterwards, on the left, above "news" and "guide". There will be "free sign up" and "game download".
