Plug in the computer, then talk to the people as they appear on each screen. You should receive a lighter from the pirates from the first mission. Make sure you have picked up all the green pipe pieces from the plants (5 total) and go to the room with the talk slot machine. Use the green pipe pieces to connect slot A to slot B making sure your path connects through where you see a bottle of spray. Take the mix tape you got from BeezleBob and put it in one of the slots. Keep putting the items into the slots until you get the spray can. Then combine the spray can and the lighter and use it on the web.
