If you own more than one Logitech Cordless Rumblepad 2 for the PC is there a way to tell the difference between the two controllers if you have both of them connected to your PC at once

Of course you can connect more than one same controllers and also Logitech profiler can proof that as it has a selection for which controller you want to use..
