How do you evolve a tyrouge

If the defense and attack are the same at lv 20 it will be hitmontop.
If the attack is higher than defense at lv 20 it will be hitmonchan.
If the defense is higher than attack at lv 20 it will be hitmolee.

sorry it doesnt have anything to do the question here is something you can do
you put it in daycare and run around till it is lv 19 then take it out and check its attack and defense and depending on its attack and defense it will be hitmonlee,hitmontop or hitmonchan.{hope i helped.
