How do you get full Ebony armor in oblivion

well that's actually easy u need 2 have a high lvl of about 25 or higher to get ebony armor from bandits and in chests and things like that the best way to become a high lvl to get good armor is become a high elf be born under the sign of the mage and create your own custome class of a mage u use all the mage skills like conguration alteration (etc) and if there are any left over wich there should be 2 more skills u can use they should b alchemey and speechcraft because all these skills are easy and qiuk to get up and the reason u r a high elf is because they have the most amount of magika and u don't have to wait an hour all the time to get it back up
