Does Animal Crossing celebrate Halloween

No they dont unfortunatly, but i guess you could celebrate it urself.
1=get as many of ur friends and all bring animal crossing and connect.
2=buy witches hat and other spooky clothes and furniture.
3=make it night time
4=Have fun
