What if the game I downlaoded needs the CD in the drive in order to play What would I burn onto what kind of CD

Try to play the game using the original disk.

If you need to burn a CD, try using a quality one. You don't want to loose the info. Try using brands like : TDK, Memorex, Verbatim..... (If a company is good at one thing, doesn't mean that their are good at everything. As an example, Sony is a good company that provides quality products, but not Cd blanks. Try to buy stuff from a dedicated company). Another good thing is to use blanks, not an Cd which already has info on it.

If you are trying to make a copy for your OWN use, the copy should look to the computer like the original. Try using the "Clone CD" or "Copy CD" tool or whatever tool your soft is using for copying Cd's. The main thing is to do an exact replica of the original Cd.
