Where did the ideas for hyper sonic hyper shadic come from if they where never in the sHow is or the comics

They got the idea of Hyper Sonic from Sonic 3 and Knuckles. The Hyper Shadic it's just an idea, coming from Dragon Ball Z from Gogeta, I think...
