How come there are two Maplestorys one from NEXON and one from Asia soft

Nexon was late to claim it for Asia, so they had to resort to American Maple Story. And, by the way, Nexon does nothing excpet host it, give nexon cash, and say they do stuff. Wizet made the game, and Asia Soft and Nexon hosted it.
