On Animal Crossing , the weather changes all the time so you don't know whether its going to be sunny , rainy or even thunder and lightning! So your answer is it can rain at any time. Also if you have a television or a friend / animal does then sometimes pictures of sun and rain like weather pictures come up well those pictures mean what the weather will be like tomorrow .
