How do get to newmoomisland

Ahhh... That place. Many people wonder how you get there so that you can catch DarkRai. Well, you need a member's card, which you could only get by an Nintendo Event. (You know, those events at Toy's R' Us and stuff.) If you didn't get one, then there's one thing you can do, and it's called Action Replay. Unless of course, you know how to hack. I think there used to be a glitch, but I also believed Nintendo fixed it, so I don't think the glitch still exists.
