Where can you get a master forge steel cutlass on oblivion apart from thieves den

you can't get it anywhere else apart from the thieves den plug-in, but you can get the sharpened cutlass, it is the same as the fine steel cutlass in TD including its ID, but that's as close as you will get without downloading TD.
